This Shipping Policy provides clear guidelines regarding order processing, shipping methods, and delivery timelines for all purchases made on Madevast.com, operated by Madevast.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United States (including all 50 states). At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for all domestic orders.

3. Order Timeline (Handling & Transit)

To provide a reliable experience, we use the following timeline for all orders:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST) – Monday to Saturday.
  • Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Transit Time (Shipping Time): 2 – 4 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).

Note: Total estimated delivery time is 3 – 6 business days.

4. Carriers & Tracking

We partner with major domestic carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the status of your tracking number.

5. Shipping Adjustments

As per our Order Adjustment Policy, you have a 4-hour window after purchase to request any changes to your shipping address. Once the order is processed, we cannot redirect shipments.
