1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return and subsequent refund or exchange, all items must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact, original condition it was received.
  • Packaging & Tags: All original product packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included with the return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.

2. Return Timeframe

The return process must be initiated within 30 days from the date the order was marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please send an email to support@madevast.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and the complete Order Number.
  • The specific item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return (e.g., defective, wrong item, change of mind).
  • For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos or a short video illustrating the issue.

Our support team will review your request and provide detailed return shipping instructions within 1–3 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns based on customer preference (e.g., change of mind, fit, style), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Our Responsibility: If the return is the result of our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), Madevast will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label or a full refund.

5. Exchanges

We facilitate exchanges for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size/color). Please contact us at support@madevast.com to confirm inventory availability and start the exchange process.
