Madevast enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding the unauthorized use of proprietary assets and strictly adheres to global copyright standards.
1. Policy Statement & Compliance
In full alignment with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and international intellectual property frameworks, Madevast is dedicated to protecting the creative works of both our company and third-party creators. We reserve the exclusive right to immediately remove any content—including ergonomic design specifications, high-fidelity product imagery, or marketing copy—alleged to infringe upon valid legal rights. Madevast maintains a strict “Repeat Infringer” policy which may result in the permanent termination of access for entities identified as chronic violators.
2. Filing a Formal Notice of Infringement
If you believe your intellectual property has been utilized on the Madevast platform without authorization, please submit a formal written notice to our Designated Compliance Agent. To be legally effective, your notice must include:
Verification: A physical or electronic signature of the property owner or an authorized legal representative.
Identification: Clear description of the copyrighted work or trademarked asset claimed to be infringed.
Localization: The specific URL(s) or digital pathways on Madevast.com where the material is located.
Contact Information: Legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and professional email address.
Good Faith Statement: A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or the law.
Perjury Declaration: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Counter-Notification Protocol
If your content has been removed and you believe this action resulted from a misidentification or administrative error, you may file a formal counter-notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Madevast will forward it to the original complaining party. We reserve the right to reinstate the material within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner provides proof of an active legal filing seeking a court order against the alleged infringer.
4. Designated Agent for Claims
All legal notices and IP-related correspondence must be directed to our compliance department to ensure priority processing.
