At Madevast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines how and when you will receive your money back.

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

• The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

• Approval & Initiation: If approved, your refund will be processed and initiated within 7 business days.
• Bank Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to officially post to your account.

3. Refund Method

All refunds are issued strictly to the original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). For your security, we cannot redirect refunds to different accounts or credit cards.

4. Shipping Costs

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (defective product or wrong item), Madevast will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund including original shipping.
• Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., didn’t like the color/fit), original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account lần nữa.
