1. 60-Day Comfort Evaluation
We provide a comprehensive 60-day trial period effective from the date of delivery. To allow your body to fully synchronize with our advanced anatomical support systems, we require a “30-night break-in period” for all mattresses. Should the product not align with your ergonomic needs after this initial phase, you are eligible for a 100% refund within the 60-day window.
2. Condition Standards for Eligibility
To uphold our rigorous health and sanitary standards, all returns must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in pristine condition—free of biological stains, odors, or structural alterations.
For ergonomic seating, all original technical hardware and components must be returned.
A valid digital purchase receipt or order number is required for verification.
3. Transparent Logistical Commitment
We believe premium service should be risk-free. Madevast assumes 100% responsibility for the logistical costs associated with returning our furniture.

Ergonomic Seating
We provide a prepaid freight label. We ask that you disassemble the unit and utilize protective packaging for secure transit.
Mattress Systems
As expanded foam cannot be re-boxed, we coordinate a local logistical partner or charity to perform a free removal directly from your home.
5. Financial Restitution
Refunds are initiated immediately upon confirmation of item retrieval or tracking activation. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit, Debit, or PayPal) within 7 business days.
6. Transit Integrity & Manufacturing Faults
If your item arrives with transit-related damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact support@madevast.com within 48 hours. We will immediately expedite a priority replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Fulfillment Timelines & Cancellations
Daily Cut-off: Orders confirmed by 2:00 PM (EST) are processed for dispatch the same day.
Modification Window: You have 12 hours post-purchase to cancel or modify your order. Beyond this window, orders are committed to our freight partners and will follow the standard return protocol.
