Madevast specializes in the precision transport of high-volume ergonomic furniture, ensuring your premium seating and mattresses arrive with absolute structural integrity.
1. Shipping Parameters & Coverage
We maintain a streamlined freight model for all oversized furniture. Currently, Madevast provides specialized ground transport exclusively within the Contiguous United States.
*Carrier Constraints: Due to specialized handling requirements for heavy-duty furniture, we do not service Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Covers comprehensive crating, insurance, and freight handling for your entire order.

2. Fulfillment & Transit Architecture
To achieve our 3–10 business day commitment, our fulfillment centers operate on a synchronized schedule:
Daily Cut-off: Orders confirmed by 2:00 PM (EST) Mon-Fri initiate the inspection phase same-day. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.
3. Protective Engineering for Transit
Vacuum-Compression Mattresses
Utilizes high-pressure sealing and “Bed-in-a-Box” technology. Housed in reinforced multi-wall cardboard to ensure safe vertical transport.
Export-Grade Seating
Chairs are secured in double-corrugated cartons with custom-molded high-density foam buffers and anti-friction polymer wraps.
4. Arrival Inspection & Damage Mitigation
Given the oversized nature of these items, we require a visual audit upon arrival. If the external packaging shows significant compromise:
- Capture high-resolution photographs of the affected carton.
- Explicitly note the condition on the carrier’s digital or physical receipt.
- Submit evidence to support@madevast.com within 24 hours for priority replacement.
5. Address Integrity & Modifications
To protect your investment and maintain our shipping speed, we offer a 12-hour modification window post-purchase. Once an order passes this threshold, it is committed to the automated freight pipeline. Madevast is not liable for deliveries unsuccessful due to inaccurate data entry at checkout.
